Unprofessional, painful, and poor communication. I came to see Dr. Steven Levi to have a loop recorder explanted, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Lack of communication: He made no effort to explain the procedure or ease my anxiety. His only instruction was to turn your head to the left. Inadequate pain management: The numbing injection was extremely painful, yet it failed to numb the area. The actual removal process was very painful as a result. Difficult procedure and bedside manner: He struggled to remove the device for a prolonged period. When he was finally done, he walked out of the room without saying a single word or checking on me. Patients deserve compassionate care and proper communication during medical procedures. Beware of this doctor

Steven and associates are always helpful and attentive to patients needs and concerns
Dr. Levi is smart and capable. The problem is the office telephone system makes it difficult to connect with the right person to get questions answered and issues resolved. Dr. Levi needs to recognize the problem and the Heatt House needs to immediately address the problem.
Disappointed. Doctor ask me why I’m here for. I was surprised he didn’t read Dr. Salem report. I had to fill him in on everything.
