Dr. Katz was kind, and I felt like he was actively listening to me. I did not feel that the appointment was rushed in any way. He gave clear, concise explanation of his thoughts and plans. He gave me his business card and told me that I could call if I had any questions. Overall, I would say that this was an exemplary customer experience!
