Dr. Katz was kind, and I felt like he was actively listening to me. I did not feel that the appointment was rushed in any way. He gave clear, concise explanation of his thoughts and plans. He gave me his business card and told me that I could call if I had any questions. Overall, I would say that this was an exemplary customer experience!

I can’t speak highly enough about Dr Katz. I have had two eye surgeries and infusions and my eyes are continuously improving. Wouldn’t trust any other surgeon with my eyes. I saw a few before I found Dr Katz.

A very well-attended consultation, a very kind person with a genuine interest in learning about the condition that brought me to see him.
He made me feel comfortable and welcome.
Some doctors don’t even take the time to say hello and are extremely cold and apathetic, but Dr. Katz is the complete opposite

After the appointment was over I realized I hadn’t asked some questions I wanted to ask, so they said I could wait a while until Dr. Katz could make it back to the room. He answered every question I had and showed sincere empathy. I wasn’t rushed like I feel at a lot of other doctor’s offices.

Grateful for the fact that my issue is not pathological but it doesn’t change how I feel about my situation. It is not vanity on my part. My quality of life has changed as a result of my condition and a little compassion would have gone a long way. The staff person who brought me to the exam made very little eye contact and generally seemed frustrated with my responses to his questions. The staff person who accompanied Dr. Katz stood in the doorway staring at me with a furrowed brow - made me very uncomfortable.
