Dr Katz listens, and shows concern for what I am feeling. I would suggest Dr. Katz to anyone with vision concerns.

After the appointment was over I realized I hadn’t asked some questions I wanted to ask, so they said I could wait a while until Dr. Katz could make it back to the room. He answered every question I had and showed sincere empathy. I wasn’t rushed like I feel at a lot of other doctor’s offices.

Grateful for the fact that my issue is not pathological but it doesn’t change how I feel about my situation. It is not vanity on my part. My quality of life has changed as a result of my condition and a little compassion would have gone a long way. The staff person who brought me to the exam made very little eye contact and generally seemed frustrated with my responses to his questions. The staff person who accompanied Dr. Katz stood in the doorway staring at me with a furrowed brow - made me very uncomfortable.

Extremely caring and allowed questions and listened and developed plan of actions plus his assistant went over and above looking at things helpful I had brought and he found bynsearching past medical reports that helped today after this young man listened to my history of places been and doctors seen
