Today I was treated with respect and the doctor listened to my concerns and checked my concerns respectfully.

My last knee visit, and all is well! Can do everything I want to . Dr Kassman did an excellent job and was also Very pleased with overall progress.
Dr. covered everything very thoroughly; both pros and cons. I felt like I understood all that was needed and expected.
No nonsense, shoots straight and does a wonderful job!
Never bothered to show up. Left me in a room for a hour and 10 minutes. Took my money provided no service
One of the absolute worst physicians I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. Not only was he unprofessional and uncourteous, he made me feel like garbage. I left the room holding back tears after my appointment with him today. I saw him for a work-related injury and he asked barely any questions about my care. Doctor Kassman saw me for less than 5 minutes and I felt like I was just an obstacle during his day. He was also very dismissive of my injury, claiming that "Well you should have healed by now" 6 weeks after my injury when he didn't even let me speak about how my fracture was diagnosed late. I got the sense that Kassman saw the words "workers compensation" in my file and decided that I must be faking my injury. I would never recommend that anyone see Doctor Kassman based on how I was treated. For someone whose stated goal is 'to provide [patients] with an experience that is earnest, thoughtful, and worthwhile" he did nothing of the sort and I hope to NEVER see meet him again.
Very professional and well versed when explaining questions.
I love that he talk to me honestly without badmouthing any other doctor
