Dr Kassman takes the time to provide clear diagnostic explanations and helped me understand my treatment options. Dr. Kassman provides excellent care.
Knowledge, quick and straightforward.
Professional he is the best
Knowledgeable and walks you thru the process
Very thorough and erased any anxiety I had about my upcoming procedure.
Had difficulty getting up and off the exam table at that time...Dr didn't help assist me on/ off of table..Dr. was judgemental when talking about my issue...just walked out with another assistant. Was disappointed..as I heard he was a good dr.
Very good doctor
He helped me when I was really hurt. Added me to his already busy schedule to use his incredible skills and robotic technology to replace my broken femur with a new hip. I cannot thank him enough. He is well known in western Canada (and all over North America I think) as the go to surgeon for superb results. I just happened to be in the right place and time when I fell had my mountain bike crash!
Today I was treated with respect and the doctor listened to my concerns and checked my concerns respectfully.
Pleasant, to the point.
