De. Lee is very good doctor & a very nice person but he is completely compartmentalized& detached regarding his patients the proper off site testing we need, re: EMG’s for Nerve testing. I CANNOT go to rhe 34th St at Hudson Yards facility as it coasts me $157.oo Plus to get there in a Taxi or Car Service & $157.00 home!!! And that facility is not for me at all in any way. Also - I was gibven by his staff an address & phone for a facility at Weill Cornell that was completely incorrect (it was a Pediatric center for Columbia Presp! I had to research it myself along with several facilities in Manhattan that required a “CONSULT” before the test could be performed! I am disgusted with this new corporate heath system rampant in NYC at every level. So, if the doctor’s & surgeon’s would be more involved with every part of their patient care & pre-op scheduling instead of leaving it up to nasty patronizing Call Center & Office Staff we would all be better off.

I would love it if he can counteract more with me. He is just to stand offish. You wait 1 hr & mor for him but, he doesn't even spend a minute so you can really explain your your self. He is a good doctor but hear your concerns by the time he is in he is out so I really don't get time to explain my real pain & feelings.
