Excellent gentleman and doctor.
I did not feel heard. He interrupted me to dictate in the middle of the appointment. Was very rude in asking why I was there if it was for a second opinion. I was referred there by someone else in the practice as all conservative measures have been exhausted. He was so rough in the physical exam. I was in tears it hurt so bad. I was able to give him a little more backstory before he left the room that were very relevant to my concerns. However, I left the appointment feeling as if it was incomplete and I felt brushed off. He spoke to me as if I was stupid. 27 years working in medicine and I’m appalled at the way I was treated.
Very professional compassionate and knowledgeable

I trust him completely
Lack of empathy from physician. After waiting 30 minutes passed my appointment time, I felt rushed once I was finally in the examination room with the doctor. Although we did not agree with the course of action to be taken, I felt unheard, misunderstood and left the office feeling defeated and disposable.
Just a bit late, but I can understand that. He seemed a bit rushed. I was rushed also because he was 45 minutes late. Luckily I don’t need surgery, but I didn’t really get the explanation that I needed the results from an EMG. I had to email them and ask for them. All in all Florida orthopedic Institute is an awesome place to go
