Dr. Hirshberg is an amazing physician! My initial meeting with him was via the doctor surgical rotation at the Surgery Center. He helped me greatly then and continues to do so now as my doctor. He listens to what your concerns are.

Stephen is excellent. Although the nurse that brought me in the room has much to be desired didn't even call him by his full name was rough with me and getting my blood pressure didn't even look me in the eyes. I guess the nursing pole is kind of tough and couldn't understand her very well.

He explained everything very clearly. He understood my worries and was very compassionate.

He was rude, inconsiderate and was short with me. He told me why didn’t I go to clinic, even though I paid the full to see him out of pocket. I felt unwanted, which was obvious. All he did was confirm the results of the tests that Abington Hospital took when I was in ER. The reason I went to him was because they didn’t find anything in their tests and to see a Urologist who can take additional tests to find out what is going on. No tests were made by him. And he didn’t want any follow ups. You can tell that he don’t want me as a patient. I cried on the way to my car. I felt ashamed about my weight and the lack of me going to doctors in the past which he brought up to my attention. I felt terrible and was put in a position where I couldn’t drive. I had to stay on the parking garage until I calmed down and stopped crying. No one should ever feel like this when then leave a doctor. I will never see him again.

Dr. Hirshberg is the best urologist in my area and I lived in the area for 75 years. He is honest, caring, considerate, direct and to the point.
