They are very nice and kindness
The staff was very helpful My wait time wasn't long to see Dr. Koopman.
Dr. Koopman is very friendly and willing to work with you the best he can. I live out of state, but was able to get bladder cancer surgery and treatment while in Chicago. I usually have my cystoscopies in Arizona, but due to a family emergency, I was able to schedule it in Chicago as well.
He explained everything that be done. And made me feel comfortable. Very Good doctor.
