I get to meet with his APRN after waiting almost 45 minutes. My time has value too.
Ryan and Dr. Ericksen were very patient with me. They explained what was happening in my back and answered all of my questions.
I was running late but was able to get in quickly. Dr Erickson was friendly, professional, and informative regarding my issues
I saw Ryan the PA, he was excellent in explaining what is going on & what to expect in the future.
Got to see PA Ryan who has consistently been a pleasure to see & work with. He is very knowledgeable when I ask questions & I feel extremely comfortable discussing my personal health issues with him! Thank you for retaining these kinds of people on your staff! The nursing staff also have always been super friendly & THEY make the doctors look good!! The front desk & clerical staff are usually (appear to be) understaffed... & the new computing kiosks... frankly are a waste! you asked for my opinion! there it is! PEOPLE helping people, not machines that outsource PEOPLE!
Got right in. Didn’t have to wait long & Staff was extremely nice. I ate some delicious fruit!!!
Didn’t really help me this time
Ryan his PA is great. He listened to me and reviewed my MRI results and answered every question I had. I am looking forward to seeing Dr Erickson at my next appt.
He took his time and explained everything to me and what to expect for the next 18 months from my 3 March 2025 spinal fusion surgery.
Very easy to talk to. He listened well and seems very caring.
