He was such a A** hole from the beginning of my appointment. Didn’t really care about what I was being seen for. Was rude from the moment he stepped into the room

Explained things very thoroughly

The Dr was proactive and friendly. We feel he is working to get our athlete back in the game quickly.

He didn't believe me when I told him that I have torn muscles. Doing an MRI of my shoulders and neck but not of my back where 90% of my pain is. Very disappointed that I still won't get any answers. Like why do my muscles keep tearing and why I'm hurting so bad.

Dr. Ericksen has been an amazing surgeon for our daughter. He has been wonderful about communicating with us throughout this entire process and her surgery went well. She is 2 weeks post op from having 4 screws placed in the pars of her L5-S1 with a cage and bone graft. We have been very happy with our decision and the quality of care.

Dr. Ericksen is an amazing surgeon. He has done both of my fusions and is going to be doing my third one in about a month and a half and I wouldn’t choose anyone else to do my surgery.

I haven’t seen dr erricson in person for six months (last three appointments). His NP saw me. Ryan is nice guy but felt like I should see Dr

Dr Ericksen was great I received a discectomy in-between l4/l5. He really helped my pain and he was a very to the point no BS guy

This time around seeing him and his staff I felt like they cared more about what insurance I carried. And what they were going to do for me if I had other insurance.... Both doctors that I talked to today asked me what insurance do you have. Because it's Medicare and that's not all I have I had my insurance for my work too. I paid taxes I pay for insurance just like anybody else and I just felt that that's all they wanted to know what kind of insurance I had to see where they would go from there.. one doctor asked me what do you want me to do for you what do you want us to do well you're the doctor that's why I'm here to see a specialist not for me to tell you what I want you to do for me I want you to tell me what I need to do or what I should do to get better.. I was just not happy this time around.,.

The hour and 15 minute wait was not so great once I got in to see the doctor. It was just fine.

The longest wait til I have ever had allow an appointment. Bed side manner was not the best. I understand they are busy but he didn’t spend too much time with me. I’m not sure he heard anything I said. Wait forever and a rushed exam.

Doctor Ericksen continues as my favorite of my many orthopedic surgeons ever. He continues to answer all my questions, whatever they are, and I am continually amazed at his 4:00 am post op visits!!

Did not feel welcomed as a patient. Felt as if he was mocking me For not being knowledgeable in the medical field. There was hardly any eye contact whatsoever, As he looked at the computer the entire visit and answer questions with his back turned to me. And any time a question was asked, His answer was vague short and not able to explain Anything to me.. Also needs to work on bedside manners as he had none.

BEDSIDE MANNER AND PERSONALITY PLUS. THIS GUY IS THE REAL DEAL. HE DID MY SURGERY ON 4-11-24 AND HERE IT IS THREE WEEKS LATER AND I'M UP WALKING WITHOUT ASSISSTANCE, CLIMBING STAIRS, SHOWERING AND SLEEPING IN MY OWN BED. THANK YOU DR. ERICKSEN!!!

I left feeling hopeful that we could find a solution to a problem that's been troubling me for a long time.

Long wait time and not able to see Dr. Ericksen. His associate was well informed and did a good job answering my questions

Poor bedside manner. Never even introduced himself. Shrugged off my pain as “just getting older”. I’m middle age and can’t lift my kids due to the pain/weakness.

High technical skills appreciated. Preop education could be improved if needed, would not hesitate to use his services again. Have recommended him to others

I'm very pleased to say that it's the TEAM...This is truly a case where there's no 'I' in team. Dr. Erickson has a phenomenal team & kudos to Ryan, the PA, especially!!! He's not only knowledgeable, but caring & compassionate as well! Sick is successful with people who care about your recovery!

Been to see him 4 times after my surgery with more pain and he sends his PA in to guess what's going on instead of seeing me himself. Not happy with him.

Very thorough, gets to the point , he looks at the pictures mri, X-rays, and goes off what he sees then looks at what maybe the neurologist, and others opinions, I like that lays out options what ifs and side effects, a lot these days don’t best of all he isn’t afraid to give his opinion. One of the better ones imo

Not sure who I met with today, he did not even introduce himself. He seemed very frustrated, and was not friendly at all. Not sure if he was having a bad day or didn't feel well. I just left very unhappy and thought about not even rescheduling.

I am extreme pain rate of 7-8 at all times, and have been for 11-12 weeks since my injury. I asked for something to take the edge off, even the bare minimum Tramadol and my request was refused.

His staff and Dr Ericksen are the greatest they are very compassionate to their patients.Staff at desk are very friendly and excellent with check in and out.

Dr Ericksen has changed my life! I’ve had 1 surgery with him. Now dealing with separate back issues. He’s been there every step of the way. He is the ONLY doctor I trust with my back issues!!

He explains medical matters simply, directly, and clearly. He's appropriately caring. His calm, knowledgeable manner instills confidence.

He was very straightforward and honest. He broke things down for me. The staff was awesome! I was coming in to the office hoping to get my pain corrected and not temporary relief like I’ve been getting from a few other doctors. Dr Ericksen was great but I want the pain gone.
