Dr. Ellis was informative and personable. The only complaint I have is that the waiting time from appointment time to seeing the doctor was too long. That period of time was well over an hour.

Disappointed with my visit. The doctor spent maybe 7 minutes with me and didn’t explain any alternatives like laser treatments—just went straight to surgery. What really concerned me was that the tongue depressors and nasal instrument were taken from drawers without any protective wrapping. It didn’t feel sanitary, and overall, I felt like I was wasting his time. Surprised given all the positive reviews.
