We’ve been on a roller coaster of physicians since February. Dr Ellis gave us answers and hope! He was interested in us and wanted to help.

Disappointed with my visit. The doctor spent maybe 7 minutes with me and didn’t explain any alternatives like laser treatments—just went straight to surgery. What really concerned me was that the tongue depressors and nasal instrument were taken from drawers without any protective wrapping. It didn’t feel sanitary, and overall, I felt like I was wasting his time. Surprised given all the positive reviews.

Very harsh and to the point. Didn’t even really try to understand my daughter’s situation. Just examined her mouth for a few seconds then came back in and cut her tongue and lip ties without discussing it. Afterwards he just handed me gauze and said I could take as long as I needed to leave and walked out the door.
