Was over 50 minutes late for my appointment. Was waiting in the room for 40 minutes with no one coming to update us as to when he might be there. Unacceptable!! Patients have other commitments too and their time should be respected.

I was surprisingly delighted with my appointment today with Dr. DiLauro. He really listened to me and gave me hope with my ongoing progressively getting worse G.I. issues. I went in there today not expecting much but after our appointment, I was so hopeful and relieved. He was so kind and patient with me and I appreciate all his efforts and helping me get to the root cause.
