The doctor and staff the day of the procedure are top notch. Great experience. The office on the other hand leading up to the day of the procedure were less than helpful. I am glad this was not my first colonoscopy so I knew what I should expect. I had to call several times to get instructions emailed and to follow up on meds I should or shouldn’t take. They did not respond to my emails to provide answers and when I called they would rarely returned my calls. Very frustrating. No idea what was going on and why that was so challenging for them. This was my first time w this group so hoping next time is more organized.
