We waited for over an hour past our appointment time to be seen by the doctor, and then waited longer in the room waiting for him to come. When he finally came, he was just in and out very quickly. I was not pleased with the service today.

Dr. Buckley listened to all of my concerns about my toddler and did not rush through the appointment. He explained everything very well and I felt like all of my concerns were heard and addressed. Would definitely recommend to any other parents of young children.

Dr. Buckley was professional, and to the point, he told us what to expect in my daughters surgery and eased our nerves for greatly with his warm demeanor. The follow ups were never long and we were pleased with the improvement of my child’s heel lengthening surgery. As a back story my daughter had to have surgery from heel walking. It’s been six months she spent six weeks in double casts had months of physical therapy and now is running around, she is 7. The whole process with TOC has been wonderful I have no complaints and would recommend them to any nervous parents seeking treatment for heel walking. We had other doctors tell us she would grow out of it and never did. So glad we went through with it.

Dr. Buckley helped our son with his fractured wrist. I really appreciated his explanations of the injury and willingness to answer all of our questions. He was very positive and easy to talk to. The office staff also helped us for several minutes with pulling up previous X-rays from our referral doctor. The entire visit was very efficient. We definitely recommend TOC!

Thorough and explained everything simply so that we understood exactly what was going on with our daughter’s health.

My daughter has severe scoliosis. To the point she has chest pain, back pain, leg numbness and at times can’t even walk. Dr. Buckely did order scans and mri but when things came back normal all he had to say is maybe she is depressed ???????. She quickly responded to him, I’m not depressed! I’ve been very stressed and at times depressed throughout my life and never did I lose my mobility. I believe this was his way of saying, I’m tired of seeing you. I’ve tried for 4-5 years now and can’t figure it out. I know doctors isn’t God, they are only human like the rest of us but saying someone’s pain could actually be because they are depressed definitely isn’t the answer. Very sweet man but this left me with a lot of questions. Did I waste 4-5 years of my time, my family’s time and money just to hear, “depressed “.

We've used Dr Buckley for a decade. We've suffered multiple breaks and sprains as well as a freak accident that resulted in surgery for 3 severed tendons of the wrist. We are always impressed with the care we receive from Dr Buckley!

Dr. Buckley and his team were fantastic. My daughter's injury needed attention promptly after her accident. They worked her into the schedule when no appointments were available. They were knowledgable and experienced, as well as extremely patient and caring with my daughter who was distressed and in pain. I am thankful to this team as she is expected to make a full recovery. I would highly recommend them.

He was nice, our appointment was at 3pm, we didn't see him until 430 & all he said was to come back in 3 weeks.

We were able to get a same-day appointment and were seen on time. The appointment didn’t last more than 30 minutes and Dr. Buckley spoke clearly about our options and was sensitive to our child’s fears. He made a great first impression!

Dr. Buckley is very personable. He was very thorough and helpful in understanding my child’s diagnosis and prognosis.

My son's hair salon has an online check-in system so that there is limited wait and people feel safe and valued. The wait today was over 1.5 hours to reach the patient room. There was an additional 30 minutes wait in the patient room. Walk-ins were taken over our appointment and while the representative that checked us out was very nice and helpful, it could not overcome the person that checked us in and the horrendous wait.
