Needs to work on bedside manner because for this loop procedure, I was really anxious. He barely spoke to me except for the good morning greeting. Didn’t explain anything to me, don’t remember inteoducing himself, etc. He seems to be in a rush and started inserting the monitor after a few seconds of injecting the lidocaine. So I felt EVERYTHING! Even the staples. I understand that Cardilogists schedule are tight but a few seconds of reassurance and explaining will calm patient down. Plus maybe giving the lidocaine a few minutes to work, will not cost him a lot of time. The procedure felt so “rough” because he had a hard time inserting the loop monitor and felt everything was rushed. Do you have pamphlets to hand out to patients instructing them about the procedure, what to expect, what not to do, etc. All they told me is not to shower or get it wet until they take the staples out.

Dr. JIN is very good but he only remembers you after he reviews his notes while meeting with you. Feels very transactional not personal. Nice guy and has me on the right track.
