Very good bedside manners. Personable and very informative. So far 4 days after surgery all is going as expected as to how he felt my progression would be. He did require a pre/post surgery class which was very informative and helpfull during and after the surgery. Note book was very well presented and exercises in book are very clear and easy to follow.
