He answered my questions regarding the necessity and potential benefits of recommended surgery.

Dr Unterberg had reviewed my charts, talked to me about solutions for problems I had in the past that I wasn't even coming in for today, and was just generally very attentive and helpful. His bedside manner was excellent and he made me feel comfortable about opening up to him about some personal issues. Definitely a 5-star experience.

I didn’t actually meet with him (I was offered the opportunity, but I honestly didn’t feel that it was necessary as my concerns were already addressed by the PA) but my experiences with the other staff were excellent, which I think reflects well on the doctor.

Gave me medication for my anxiety on the procedure. Was a much better experience than the last time.

Helpful friendly staff. Dr. Unterberg explained my leaky condition as common for women my age (75). He discussed 3 options and advised to try the first 2 right away. I will do so and report back to him in 6 weeks.

I wasn’t seen by this doctor. I was seen by the female doctor and she was GREAT!!!!!! Every Urologist should be like her. She answered all my questions and allowed me to speak and listened to me. She was also welcoming and looked concerned for her patient. She really did care. She even offered new treatments and supplements. She made this experience great!

We arrived 25 minutes before our appointment. My husband had a 2:20 appointment. We were shown into a room at 2:25. I checked at 3:05 to see if they forgot my husband. At 3:17 the doctor's assistant came in. We never were privileged to meet the doctor.

Dr. Unterberg is great to work with. You can tell he is kind and truly cares about his patients. He explains medical concepts well along with data analysis, breaks things down so it’s easy to understand, and provides clear communication. All experiences have been positive and he’s been super helpful with referrals to Physical Therapy. I highly recommend Dr. Unterberg.
