Dr. Stephen Savran, M.D. earned a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College in Swarthmore, PA and attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. His internal medicine residency was performed at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI, and he subsequently completed a cardiology fellowship in conjunction with the University of California, Davis, at the David Grant USAF Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, CA.
Dr. Savran is the cardiology consultant to the Civil Aeromedical Institute of the FAA, certifying pilots with heart disease to return to flying.
