Dr. Stephen P. Brackbill, M.D. started his education at Davidson College in North Carolina and received his undergraduate degree in Bioethics with honors. Medical school followed, where he attended the University of North Carolina-School of Medicine. He then completed his internship and residency from Northwestern University Medical Center, and was appointed Chief Resident. He moved to Michigan and attend the University of Michigan-Medical Center to complete his fellowship in gastroenterology & hepatology.

Dr. Stephen P. Brackbill, M.D. started his education at Davidson College in North Carolina and received his undergraduate degree in Bioethics with honors. He then completed his internship and residency from Northwestern University Medical Center, and received the honor of being appointed Chief Resident. He decided to move to Michigan and attend the University of Michigan-Medical Center to complete his fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology.
Dr. Brackbill is board certified in gastroenterology, and currently serves as a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Greenville County Medical Society, South Carolina Gastroenterology Association, South Carolina Medical Association, and the American Gastroenterology Association.

Knew my history; explained the procedure well and answered questions to my satisfaction. Post procedure explained the findings to my satisfaction.
Office staff is terrific. The receptionist was one of the nicest l have ever met. The doctor came in very promptly, showed much concern about my problem and hopefully we have found a solution. He also said, of l saw no change in two weeks to let them know.
