My fist appointment with the doctor. I was having issues, he addressed immediately and scheduled procedure. I was impressed with the immediate appointment and scheduling of procedure. Dr Brackbill was pleasant, attentive and I felt heard.

Less than 10 mins with me. Forgot to give me a refill. Legit ran out of the room while I was still talking. I said I wanted to discuss 2 things with him, he only let me get 1 thing out before he dipped. Too cautious. When I'm going to you for help, I've tried everything on my own and need actual, aggressive treatment. Not the timid approach. Also, 4 months for an appointment? I told the nurse I'm potentially having a flare up, and the best she can do is an appointment 4 months out? Simply unacceptable.

I am pleased that Dr. Brackbill performed my medical procedure. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and competent. He listened well and explained the process and follow-up particulars very well. I recommend him if you’re in need of a GI specialist.

I like Dr. Brack Bill, but I did not realize he did not attend to patients at Saint Francis anymore. He goes to Prisma at this point. My heart doctors go to Saint Francis and that’s why I will not be back to Dr. Brack Bill‘s office because he does not go to Saint Francis. I do like him. I hate that he goes to Prisma in place of Saint Francis but that’s my only drawback. Thank you. Have a good day.

Friendly, engaging, and most importantly, was very attentive to my medical history (I was a new patient for him) and what to focus on during his first procedures (EGD/upper GI and colonoscopy) as his patient. I highly recommend Dr. Brackbill.

Only concern is he only spent about 12 minutes during my visit but I do have confidence in his knowledge and hope he can figure out the problem.

Dr. Brackbill, as always, was very helpful during my visit and seems very concerned about my health. Always feel comfortable when talking with him. I didn't get the nurses name but she was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Did not listen to my history or address debilitating symptoms causing me to not be able to work. Tests from my primary indicate severe damage to my pancreas (that is what the scientific laboratory test level says-severe range) and I’ve been sick for years with the most the recent year or two being the worst. Additionally, he failed to address the most recent finings of minor Gastroparesis. He was nice and did get scopes scheduled so I did give two stars for that. I might lose my job over this condition so I can’t give more than that when I am so sick.
