He's a wonderful doctor and very helpful . His secretary the lady that does the glasses I can't even explain how wonderful,nice,caring,and helpful she is. Weather it's fixing my children's glasses or helping them pick a frame out or answering questions she's always right there to help whomever it is. They are both respectful as well.
