The worst experience I have had in years. My appointment time was 3:30 today. You took everyone that came in after me first. About 4: 20 I got to the back office where I sat til 4:45 when you finally came into the room. Spent maybe 5 minutes with me. When I left almost 5 no one was in waiting room. Am 83 years young and being treated this way was not appreciated at all. 2 hours for an appointment. Will think twice about coming back. Will definitely pass the word around for you. Thank you for a miserable afternoon.

THE 2 LADIES THAT DID MY XRAYS WERE VERY RUDE, PUSHY, AND WERENT VERY NICE AT ALL I HAVE A SERIOUSE CONDITION WITH MY BACK AND SOME POSITIONS WERE HARD I TRY TO EXPLAIN SHE SMACKED HER TEETH AT ME AND HER BODY LANGUge was terrible they made me feel very un wanted and uncomfortable both of them fussed about how long it was taking I was 😡

I thought our conversation was going to be all about getting surgery, however, it was just the opposite. He is going to treat me with the most non-invasive procedures because he believes my pain and range of motion can be improved. Excellent physician with incredibly strong ethics and a great personality! I was very nervous but he made me feel comfortable when I told him I might cry during an injection, he said, "There's no crying in orthopedics!" A bery funny response if you remember Tom Hanks saying, "There's no crying in baseball"😊 I didn't feel the injection! Highly recommemd!

Dr Manifold is amazing however his front office staff are extremely rude and need to have customer service training in how to serve patients. If you don’t want to do what you were hired for find another job! We as patients don’t have to come to your office we can take our business elsewhere and never forget without patients you wouldn’t have a job to go to. Learn how to listen to what the patient is needing before you transfer them to another individual and please when your providers are referring patients to another specialist do your due diligence and send the referral preferably before the appt not the day of and you wouldn’t get upset patients calling, for you to inform us that it’s in your system… it should be in the referred to providers system prior to! This is a huge continuity of care problem and it needs to be fixed! Again I LOVE Dr Manifold has been my surgeon for years but his front office staff needs to straighten up and fly right!

When I went to dr manifold my first time, I was so negative about drs. I have in and chose him to do my surgery on shoulder. Once I got to know him and a Understanding what my issues were he went right into detail no big words. After my 1st surgery it went very well no complications,and had a speedy recovery. Scar can’t see it. I had another surgery on my hand. I was supposed to be out for 4 weeks recovery was great again 2 weeks recovery I bounced backed. No complications and scar. Now I’ll be useing him again for my right shoulder. He’s great and there for you.as of now he is who I run to guy

There was a mixup with the scheduling by the hospital. They had listed that my appt was in Milford ..my paperwork read Dover. The receptionist was so kind and accommodating...she squeezed me in and I was able to see the Dr in less than an hour. Pleasant experience all the way around.

I come from NJ and was hoping I could find a doctor who was as knowledgeable, kind and pleasant as the one i had there and Dr. Manifold met and exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Manifold was excellent in every wsy. When I met with him at my consulyation, he explained the procedure to my understanding and he was kind and professional. He met with me before my surgery and he was reassuring, addressing my concerns. After my surgery he checked on me at least three times for different concerns. Dr. Manifold's work was neat and of the highest quality. Absolutely the best.

Dr. Manifold actually took the time to review my MRI & report, as well as my complicated medical history. He then thoroughly reviewed his proposed surgical approach, anticipated recovery and rehab.
