Pleasant professional throughal
Doctor is excellent, very thorough. However, I waited 25 minutes for doc to come into exam room. I think that is a bit excessive. And it was first thing in am.
Waited 50 minutes before being seen. 3 or 4 people came after I did and left before I was seen. No one offered an explanation as a courtesy. Not good. I do appreciate the thoroughness of Dr. Gollance. Always confident my eyes are in good hands.
Long wait time for the doctor. Staff is good! Doctor didn't offer much info without me asking questions, much like "pulling teeth".
Great doctor, just like his father !
I was happy to know that I had a good exam and will be back in 8 months
Following in my mother’s footsteps I have been going to Dr. Gollance a number of years and find him to be the best. My Mom went to his Father.
He is a wonderful doctor and an excellent surgeon.
Dr. Gollance is professional and thorough.
All good.
