Dr Gollance has been my Doctor for more than 10 years he has performed cataract surgery on both my eyes and a host of post surgey follow-up treatments and check ups. Always professional and pleasant and I have my full confidence in him and the Eye center.

Doctor is excellent, very thorough. However, I waited 25 minutes for doc to come into exam room. I think that is a bit excessive. And it was first thing in am.

Waited 50 minutes before being seen. 3 or 4 people came after I did and left before I was seen. No one offered an explanation as a courtesy. Not good. I do appreciate the thoroughness of Dr. Gollance. Always confident my eyes are in good hands.

Long wait time for the doctor. Staff is good! Doctor didn't offer much info without me asking questions, much like "pulling teeth".

The doctor was very unprofessional in his appearance and demeanor, as well as extremely rude. He seemed harried and rushed, and was inept at using many of the updated devices. I was left waiting to see him for 1.5 hours, and then left in the exam room for over 45 minutes before he came in. Then waited another 30 minutes in between checking my eyes. The entire visit took nearly 3 hours. Not only did he never offer and apology for the wait, he was rude himself and had a very curt attitude. I would never use this doctor again, nor would I recommend him.
