The doctor was fine, but one of the 2 technicians he used today made me feel like a number, not a person. She was coldly distant.
He just gets it. He understands exactly what was bothering me with my sciatica. He’s a hiker and I’m a hiker so he knows how this pain has impacted me and how to fix it.
Everything went smoothly. The pain of the shot was negligible. The temperament of the nurses and Doctor during the procedure was calming and reinsuring. Nichole was awesome.
Good attitude
