Dr. Bloom was very condescending negative and rude. He would not allow me to finish a sentence, he kept interrupting me . He completely dismissed my concerns over my treatment and would not allow me to even tell him what my concern was. In reading other reviews I see this is not new for him. It was actually shocking how rude he was and it upset me greatly. I’ve never experienced anything like this from any other physician. He raised his voice to me several times and literally reduced me to tears. No doctor should treat people this way.

Dr Bloom was engaging with my daughter during the visit however did not seem attentive to my concerns and interrupted me multiple times while suggesting my symptoms have more to do with psychiatric than concussion ones however a recent MRI results say differently and Dr Bloom did not allow me time to discuss those results. I was very disappointed by our interaction and spent a few moments crying in the parking lot because of it. I felt rushed, invalidated, and ignored while being further isolated and left without answers or offered much hope. Next time I will ask to meet with a woman DO.
