Dr. Stephen F. Blackstock, M.D., is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon at Northeast Orthopedics and Sports Clinic & Physical Therapy. He earned his Medical Degree (M.D.) from the Medical College of Georgia, following his undergraduate studies at The University of the South.
