At age 63 I found it ridiculous that his remedy for my occasional hoarse voice was speech therapy. I cancelled my follow up appointment and will not be treated by him in the future.

His staff needs lots of directions on customer service. Waited an hour after signing in finally went to the window to ask if the dr was here. Rx was not sent pharmacy even after calling office to check on it.

He was reassuring, informative, and gentle from the first appointment to our final 1 month post op appointment. He even called while he was out of town to make sure I was doing ok!
