Dr. Bakos always provides exceptional care and attention. He also completed a successful surgery on me a few months back and really did a wonderful job. On top of that, the incision healed so beautifully--I don't even see a scar! I highly recommend him to friends & family for their ENT needs. At age 63 I found it ridiculous that his remedy for my occasional hoarse voice was speech therapy. I cancelled my follow up appointment and will not be treated by him in the future.

He even thought about the discomfort I would have with some medication based on my condition and prescribed liquid medication rather than large pills making the treatment more comfortable for me. His staff needs lots of directions on customer service. Waited an hour after signing in finally went to the window to ask if the dr was here. Rx was not sent pharmacy even after calling office to check on it.

He was reassuring, informative, and gentle from the first appointment to our final 1 month post op appointment. He even called while he was out of town to make sure I was doing ok!
