I wanted options to strengthen my son's eyes. But everyone is normally polite and professional.

Dr. Daugherty gave us the glasses prescription for our infant son without the PD measurement. This wasn’t mentioned during the appointment. Later in the day when we were attempting to order glasses for our son and realized the measurement was missing, we called the office to ask about it. They said you have to pay $45-60 for that measurement. I asked “so how do we order glasses with the prescription you gave us?” And they responded “you can’t.”
