Dr. Epting was professional and thorough with her exam. I felt a bit rushed when trying to explain my condition. I did not feel she really wanted details. I also waited in the exam room for over an hour.
Spent a generous amount of time with us, confirming our suspicion of a treatable condition, only to then tell us we needed clearance from other docs before she would consider performing a procedure. Upon spending an hour in her waiting room gathering the info necessary and requesting a follow up appt to porduce requested clearances, we were asked to wait again, only to finally be told she did not have enough experience to treat a patient so complicated. Very disingenuous and disappointing. She knew the conditions before the exam. Should have saved us and herself the time and billing.
Dr Epting is wonderful - professional, caring, thorough, and truly concerned for your well being. She provides efficient, informative and excellent care. I would highly recommend her.
Admin staff told me doctor wouldn’t see me for problem if I did not have written report from radiology and that the disk I brought was not sufficient after waiting 35 minutes in the lobby.
Very professional Gave me information to review With my pain management doctor
I had to wait over an hour to see Dr Epting once I was placed in a room. She failed to apologize or give a reason for her tardiness.
Fantastic, explained everything and actually did a physical exam. Most physicians don’t do that any more.
Very knowledgeable and understanding. Highly recommended!
So personable, excellent bedside manners! Understanding, explains things, procedures, options wonderfully
