He was nice but no help whatsoever. I told him that I had been giving my daughter Tylenol and Motrin but it didn’t seem to be helping and she was in a lot of pain. Ultimately he said he didn’t know what was causing her fever and the pain was probably teething. He told me to keep using the medicine that I told him didn’t seem to be working. The appointment was a complete waste of time.

Answered all my questions.
Went in for a hand injury he barely examined the hand and after the xray came back and said not broken just ice it. Did not offer wrapping or splinting until I asked and he asked what kind of insurance when I told him PPO his attitude changed immediately and offered different options on medical equipment
Excellent service, understanding, patience, listening ear. Promptly seen by the doctor. Very good customer service at the front desk as well.

Extremely poor bedside manner. The provider was dismissive, impatient, and seemed clearly bothered by having to answer basic questions. There was no effort to listen or show concern throughout the entire interaction. I felt rushed during the visit, as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than a priority.
