The appointment was unnecessary. I met with the Electrophysiologist five days ago and everything was fine. I sent an email to the practice asking if my appointment for today was necessary and they said yes. The doctor spent six minutes with me of which four or five minutes was looking at my records. Everything was fine today as it was last week. Today was an unnecessary appointment. I wish someone else who needed the appointment received the appointment.

I got the impression from the whole experience that I was just a patient in an assembly line. Its unfortunate because I truly believe each person in the practice WANTS to give great, personal care to each patient, but they are pushed to capture billing with more people in a day. I was scheduled initially with the wrong kind of doctor, and then rescheduled with him, only to find out upon arrival that I was put with the wrong doctor yet again. He didn’t read the paperwork I brought, corrected me when I spoke about my medical history rather than explaining or educating me, and then told me I would not be able to see the appropriate doctor until after I finished what appears to be an extremely expensive battery of tests from him. It all just feels like very expensive medical gatekeeping, and poor office management.

Dr Clark has been my husband's cardiologist for close to 20+ years. He recently passed away. I had to see him today for an EKG because of a new medication I'm taking. Dr. Clark is a caring, supportive and knowledgeable physician who treats his patients with respect and friendliness.
