He's very prompt, professional, understanding, and explains things in lay terms so it's easy to understand when you have questions and need clarity. He's very respectful and looks people in the eye and makes sure that you have no questions or concerns before leaving. If you do he is able to ease your mind and help you in any way possible to have a piece of mind with anything that concerns you.
