Dr. Spencer Ferrell is very kind, patient and caring. He takes the time to answer your questions and explains things thoroughly.

He always takes the time needed and never rushes you out the door. He is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met and YMC is extremely lucky to have him! His nurse Morgan is also phenomenal!!

He gave me options to the issues I talked about and provided pros and cons...letting me make the choice freely. Over-all, I fully believe he is underpaid!!! And Morgan is also! 😉

I was very apprehensive about switching doctors as I had mine for 30 years but was very pleased with his professionalism. He read my file before ever coming into the room. He had all the time in the world for me. It was not a rush an appointment. He listened & I felt he cared. Made an appointment for next year with him.

He is GREAT! He really looks into everything. Every plan A, B, and C. He explains thing so well and makes you feel like he is not pushing you out of the room. He is very comfortable to talk to about issues and he understand. Really appreciate him!!
