We tried, vigorously, w/ another eye clinic who does cataract surgery. We couldn't get past the front desk. The clerks there was rude, not doing their jobs and down right sarcastic. THIS with the personnel. So can u imagine what a breath of fresh air it was to be received, AND in an atmosphere that helps u to be relaxed and anxious for their procedure to move forward. Yes! It was a consultation, yes it was our 1st visit BUT! the professionalism, patient explanation of the steps that will take place to ensure that all paperwork, pre-authorization and answers to our questions left us with the fact if knowing, we're at the best place. We didn't feel rushed, we didn't feel intimidated in understanding but mostly, we were relieved to finally be somewhere that didn't treat us like cattle. OH, they were busy yet they were on schedule. If we waited, no more than 5-10 min. A well greased machine. Great personnel and doctor.
