Answered my questions and came up with a treatment plan. I felt comfortable with her.
Dr. Jackson listened to my concerns and was very encouraging.
She seemed irritated that I was there at all. I got short answers to my questions with no explanation of why. She didn’t even seem to be in a rush - just rather rude. I did not feel welcome or cared for as a new patient.
Fantastic staff. Very friendly. Everyone has a smile and a kind word to make one feel comfortable. Also willing to answer and review questions without rushing.

Rude and dismissive. Made a diagnosis without any testing. Waited an hour for a three minute exam and no follow up from the office. Jackson is short and not personable. I do not feel comfortable even conversing my con with her because she is dismissive.
I had been messaging for days someone on her behalf and was told to come in to discuss a D&C but when I got there it was like she had no idea and wanted me to try another group of meds.
I Love the energy she gives as soon as she enters the room. Also she is always positive and smiling. I'm glad she's my doctor.
