This doctor spoke so fast and so unclear that it was difficult to ascertain what it was that he was trying to parlay. After he was done talking, I had to ask him to slow down and to repeat what was told to me as everything was one big blur. My husband thought that he saw him recording the entire visit which if that is the case, I would like to know that. I won’t be going back there. The assistant that was in the room sent me to physical therapy to see if they took Champ VA my husband me, and the assistant all experienced the rudeness of a man who perhaps was in charge there scream out to us that know we don’t take Champ VA and said it so loud so rude and so inappropriately that it was honestly a disgrace. I would not go for physical therapy there if it was the last place in Florida. I went to speak with your office manager and found out that today was the last day for that person that did not come as a surprise to me. I don’t know who is in charge here, but something needs to change.

Dr Kasraeian spent a lot of time with us going over treatment options for my knee. We really appreciate that. He is very knowledgeable, and I wish that he had been my surgeon when I had my first knee surgery 5 years ago.

Talked so fast that it was hard to understand him. Seemed bored and uninterested in my results. Felt like my care was not important especially when I asked follow up questions for clarification. Very unimpressed.

Dr. K was very nice and checked my knee and leg. He explained the break in the knee cap and put a brace on my leg that I will be able to bend it later. He just talks fast.

I would give you 0 if there was a prompt for that. Don’t schedule 4:15 appts if you’re not going to be seen til 4:55 and all Dr and staff want to do is go home. Gave no care or concern to my well being or schedule. All they wanted to was sched physical therapy which is nothing but a money grab. Sched me at wrong faculty to start then sched anMri in StAugustine and then tried to reschedule that. I have canceled all services with your facility. I have used SE ortho for yrs for my back neck wrist and knee and have never had this poor of service I am actively trying to find another provider as I don’t feel your establishment cares about patient outcomes only getting there money. You have my ph number if you would like to resolve but based on my last appt I don’t expect a phone call

My only issue was he overlooked the pain I’m in, I wish that would have been addressed. I understand the need to limit pain meds, but I certainly need some. A torn muscle is very painful and one would think qualifies for something a little more than Ibuprofen. He is very intelligent and courteous, would recommend him if asked.

I was in severe pain and am leaving for a big trip on Monday, 9/11. Dr. kasraeian got ex- rays and MRI the same day along with results. Outstanding job by him and the staff. I felt they really cared.

Found Dr. Sina Kasraeian to be very knowledgeable and all the options he gave to me and my husband yesterday. In the end I opted for a more conservative approach and received my first cortisone injection with an authorization to my insurance for gel injections the front desk was partially busy with clients coming in and checking out at the time I arrived

No knock shy the Physician, but the office efficiencies. I took three hours of vacation time for my appointment and even arrived early to ensure my visit is completed in time to go back to work. After 30 mins of waiting I asked for a status and was told there is still one person ahead of me. Since I drove an hour for my appointment i recognized waiting was a moot point and left the office.

He is such a caring, accommodating Dr. He tries to help in such a wonderful way and technically is top notch. I am a nurse and ask a million questions. He is so patient and answers all of them. A bigger office and more physicians are needed to accommodate the growth in this county. The current staff is great but they can only handle so many patients. SE Orthopedic took over, and now it is up to them to spend the money and accommodate the office staff in dealing with the increasing number of patients. Not doing so is unfair to the patients and staff. SE needs to step up to the plate, esp with equipment, ie digital X-ray.

Dr Kas has refused to look at all information provided by Physical Therapists and Return to Sports Performance Therapists for return to soccer for son. All targets are above 90% to over 100% and he refuses based solely on time, a metric the ignores the facts. In the meantime, he is destroying my sons dreams for a unit of measurement he can’t quantify. His ignorance and refusal to listen to any opinion but his own is beyond unprofessional.
