Doctor Jacoby was professional, personable, patient, kind, friendly, and obviously an expert! He shared his expertise in layman’s terms, but also was very good about listening to me. I feel safe and assured in his care.

Provider was extremely nice. Front desk check in not friendly. I got stuck in construction on way to appt. Called to let them know I would be a little late. Girl informed me they would only hold my spot for 15 minutes. I cannot make traffic move. I got there 7 minutes late and was told by front desk that despite me calling in I would have to reschedule. 7 minutes late. Really?? I spoke my mind and she went and asked provider and he saw me and was so nice. Luckily I will return but front desk girls need to learn how to talk to people and be sensitive to things that are beyond peoples control!

I recently had a cubital tunnel release performed by Dr. Jacoby, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, he was incredibly detailed and reassuring—explaining exactly how the surgery would go, what to expect during recovery, and then walking me through how everything went afterward.
His post-op instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he took his time at my follow-up appointment to make sure all my questions were answered. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work.
Highly recommend Dr. Jacoby to anyone needing hand or nerve surgery—professional, thorough, and genuinely kind.
