Dr. Siby Ayalloore is a cardiologist at Cardiovascular Institute of the South in Opelousas. He received his medical degree from the University of Sint Eustatius in the Netherlands Antilles. Both his internal medicine residency and heart transplant and cardiomyopathy fellowship were completed at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans. He remained in New Orleans to complete his cardiology fellowship at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Ayalloore previously practiced as a cardiologist in Houston, Texas. In 2012, he was awarded the Raja W. Dhurandhar, MD Cardiology Award for being an outstanding second-year cardiology resident.
Dr. Ayalloore is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology and cardiovascular computed tomography. He has hospital privileges at multiple facilities in the Lafayette and Opelousas area.

Dr Siby is always so pleasant and explains in a way that us as patients understand.
He is very friendly and makes you feel like you belong and not an outsider. I was able to ask questions and he explained it in a way that I understood. All though I was hoping for better news on test results, he didn’t make you feel like it was the end of your world. Very pleased with Dr Siby.
