He has held academic, hospital, and clinical roles throughout his career, including serving as an Assistant Professor at UAMS and practicing at OHSU Hillsboro Medical Center and PeaceHealth Longview Medical Center before joining Salem Gastro. He believes in shared decision-making and ensuring patients feel informed and empowered in their digestive health. Whether through dietary and lifestyle guidance, medication management, or advanced procedures, Dr. Dang takes a personalized approach to every patient’s care. Outside of medicine, Dr. Dang enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring new cultures. He is also an avid sports fan and loves spending time with his family, especially watching games with his middle schoolers.
