Very professional, very much a no BS kinda doc. He laid out my option & explained the pros & cons of each. He offered his opinion on & let me make the final decision without any outside pressure. I would highly recommend.

This doctor made me feel stupid when I asked if my arm should hurt really bad after they took my cast off. And when I asked to see the dr. Before I left the appointment, the staff was very rude and tried to shoo me away and they did not provide me with the RX I needed when I went to pick up my brace. When I called the office staff later to ask for them to fax the RX over to the medical supply warehouse, they told me twice that they had given it to me when they never did.

Staff seems over worked and or uninformed on giving me, the patient, accurate info for me to make decisions in my health care involving orthopedic.I was told one thing by one staff member & then today, with an upcoming out-patient procedure, I was given other options regarding my care. Idk why I wasn't offered these options & even when I questioned the only option was to do such & such. I advocate for my mental & physical health & had I not asserted myself today, asking for clarification, I would have gone through a much unnecessary pre-op. Am newer patient & I can't say whether the Dr is even aware of his staff not answering questions & not giving me other options to base my decision.

Dr Kanjiya was knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the Pros and Cons of surgical intervention.

First time I saw Dr Kanjiya was in different clinic for shoulder injury. Dr Kanjiya was very attentive , very professional .He listened , addressed my concerns without feeling rushed . When he left that Clinic I had to follow him to LAOI . I worked in the medical field for years, I know how hard it's to find an experienced Dr that truly cares for the well being of his patients. He treats his patients with respect and kindness not as numbers. I'm so grateful to his treatment plans, feeling much better and I'm confident that I will be back to normal with less time than expected . He is the coolest and most skilled surgeon I have ever met. In preop I was listening to follow the yellow brick Road which I was going to sing as they wheeled me into the operating room. When I got in the operating room Dr. Kanjiya was playing it on his phone. So very cool to relax a patient before surgery. He’s the best! Plus the surgery went great!

Office does not answer calls. Does not return calls after you leave a message. It is crowded. Seems disorganized. Doctor is not in every day so things are very backed up There was no follow up after surgery to check on progress.

Despite medical evidence including Imaging showing arthritic changes, herniated discs, years of repetitive motion syndrome surgeries and symptoms, limitations because of pain and inability to do repetitive type motions, difficulty lifting, limping while walking, pain bending and picking things up Plus limited Mobility....he had the nerve to ask me if I've ever been told I was a hypochondriac? I'm still disgusted and insulted by his comment. it was unprofessional bedside manner at its best. I would not waste my time researching conditions, seeing multiple doctors, doing Imaging and taking medication if I was imagining pain/symptoms.He said I was very anxious, which I admitted I was because I've been bounced back and forth for 10 months between doctors with no diagnosis and no relief. Im easily exhausted and become winded with simple tasks. I had to come home and take anxiety medication because he upset me so much. If I don't get some help from someone soon I don't know what I'll do next

He was so knowledgeable and nice. Took the time to answer all my questions honestly and thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of my problem. And the office staff are just wonderful too!!

He took the time to explain all my options to deal with an arthritic hip. I didn’t feel like he was in a huge hurry, which is common with some of the other partners in his group practice. I’d definitely recommend Dr Kanjiya to anyone needing orthopedic information.

The doctor was great! Very caring and thorough. My one beef was with the assistant/nurse who made me take my blood pressure with my arm raised unassisted! Sure enough I got an unusually high reading. He didn’t seem to care or make an effort to recheck with my arm at least resting on a surface. I gave the doctor a 5. But I’d give a 3 for the assistant.

Dr. Kanjiya is a top notch surgeon. I came to him after 4 months of pain from a reaction fracture and after going to another orthopedic who just gave me a brace and a couple injections. Dr. Kanjiya did surgery for many different problems in my knee and I am now Pain Free. He is the best and all the staff in his office are so kind.

I highly recommend Dr. Kanjiya. Excellent treatment and he didn't jump straight to a surgical solution. I greatly appreciate the time that he took to explain my radiology findings as well as the fact that he was interested in what I thought of his solutions.
