Dr. Sano was pleasant, informative, and on time. His staff was excellent. I’d like to say I look forward to meeting him again, but that would mean a colonoscopy in my future lol .

Dr. Sano held space for my anxieties and fears while also being a joy to talk with. He balances the seriousness of surgery with the levity of casual conversations really well. I felt cared for and heard doing my appointment. While I hope to never be in his office again, if I need another surgery, Dr Sano is my first choice.
