Extremely disappointed in Shotaro. After my surgery and subsequent report. I found that Dr. Sano is not the one who sewed me back up but rather his NP whom I did not meat before the surgery and therefore had no idea she was ever going to be a part of the surgery. I met Dr. Sano and both of the anesthesiologists but not the NP. I did not hire her to do any of the work I hired Dr. Sano.
Very kind doctor. Good listener and explains all aspects of treatment. Would recommend him highly!
