Very good at answering concerns I had. I wish he would have shown me proof of my condition. He didn’t offer any information other than what I asked.
Very good about explaining everything and making sure you are able to ask any questions to feel comfortable. If you didn’t understand something he took the time to explain.

Extremely disappointed in Shotaro. After my surgery and subsequent report. I found that Dr. Sano is not the one who sewed me back up but rather his NP whom I did not meat before the surgery and therefore had no idea she was ever going to be a part of the surgery. I met Dr. Sano and both of the anesthesiologists but not the NP. I did not hire her to do any of the work I hired Dr. Sano.
Very kind doctor. Good listener and explains all aspects of treatment. Would recommend him highly!
