I would recommend, however, that the office temperature be regulated to the needs of the elderly patients. We were all quite uncomfortable in the cold rooms.

I’ve been seen by this practice for several years now. I’m excited and proud of the group and Dr Patel as they grow the practice but can’t help but notice that the larger they get, the slower the service gets. What used to take about 20 - 30 minutes today took well over an hour. I hope they don’t let their desire to grow interfere with their long-standing history of getting things done in an appropriate amount of time.

Doctor and staff are very friendly. My suggestion would be for the doctor to spend time explaining a new diagnosis and its treatment. My first visit there I was given a form to sign to consent to shots in my eyeball before I even saw the doctor and had any education on my condition.
