Dr. Chow has always been extremely professional and has put patient care first. While most doctors walk in with computer, Dr. Chow has my results to ordered tests in his hand, and talks directly to me. He takes the time to listen. That, in my opinion, makes Dr. Chow, the special doctor that he is!
Dr Chow is great! The system as far as making an appointment is terrible. Antiquated and not patient friendly. Been ongoing and never corrected.
Doesn’t hear a word his patients say. Everything is about checking his compliance boxes and not getting sued rather than what his patient needs or their quality of life. I was CFO of a Faculty Physician Group for 2 years, I don’t need a lecture on compliance. While friendly enough when in the office, in general they are awful and non-responsive and refuse to use MyChart. I sent my gastro a message at 8am saying I need to schedule colonoscopy/endoscopy, nurse responded by 930am, prep was at pharmacy by noon. Scheduler called me end of day. That’s how all 3 of my other doctors work. And they worry about how I am doing first not compliance.
