She was great. Straight to the point.
No help in referring patients to dentist that take wv Medicaid. Called in for an emergency appointment for extraction of pain and infection . Get there and they say they scheduled me for a filling, like that’s an emergency. Already had X-rays. Took more. Said they didn’t have time for an extraction. Didn’t execute a filling only took X-rays and said that all they had time for as I balled my eyes out after being there twice in a weeks time. Scheduled extraction for 3 months out as if it can wait. I scheduled an apportionment at another dentist and they had me in there within a week I got the tooth pulled today and I’m so grateful to not be in any more pain. Healthy smiles is a run around joke and no help.
