Dr. Shelly is such a superb doctor. She listens. She tracks her conversations with her patients and makes efforts to ask for updates. She talks through any ailments or issues, asking open ended questions and clarity questions. Then talks through options sharing expected results and encourages calling her if there are further issues. And her staff make an extra effort to make patients feel comfortable.
She is one of the best Doctor!
