Dr Martin was Great!!!!
Dr. Martin is the top of the top. Happy I got lucky to have Dr Martin for my surgery and follow-up ..
He is completely impersonal! He walked in the room, just started explaining everything didn’t ask me any questions. Other than the ones I had already answered on my paperwork. I was very highly disappointed in that appointment. I understand that frozen shoulder is a common thing, but I had questions and I didn’t feel like I could ask him because he was rushing around the room. You guys are way too busy. Have a practice and doctors will have enough time to spend with their patients so what in the heck did I pay for today other than a shot in my shoulder and x-rays to tell me what I already knew?? He has a bedside manner of a freaking toad.
initial consultation went great. full explanation of options.
So thorough and attentive
I felt the visit hurried, almost production line. No discussion or explaining injury. Options, Did not even sit down. When leaving no paperwork on diagnosis, etc.
Everyone was so nice and understanding
Great Dr. very informative. Guided me through path of a successful heal.
Dr Martin is an awesome dr he knows what hes doing.
9:30am appointment. Arrived @ 9:20am with all paperwork completed by me online. I waited for over an hour to be told that the doctor is in with a “complicated” patient & there’s one more “complicated” patient waiting before me. I would be waiting almost 2 hours. I decided right there I didn’t want a doctor who can’t manage his time or that he is over scheduling patients. Or can’t handle “complicated” patients. I want a doctor who respects my time since I’m already respecting his time & shows up when he is supposed to . I want a doctor who cares enough about his patient. He is clearly not my kind of Doctor. When exiting, I overheard several ppl taking about how long they have been waiting. Over scheduling don’t always mean more profits!
