The clinic is perfect. I was surprised by the technician who did my ultrasound. When I was directed to his office, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk, so waited for a few minutes then proceeded inside and saw him on his cell but to my surprise he commented that “I was late”. I arrived at the clinic about 5 minutes late and as I understood that was within the grace period.

Dr Morrisroe is a great doctor! I feel comfortable discussing any issues with her. She makes sure to answer all of my questions & concerns.

Dr. Morris roe impressed me in that I felt she was listening and trying to be helpful. One thing I noticed was she wasn’t on a computer as we talked- so refreshing with Dr’s today. My first time with her and will continue to see her.

I just had my annual cystoscopy checkup, and I had told Dr Morrisroe that I was a little anxious ahead of time. The day of the procedure, she put the numbing gel in, and moved the device very gradually, and the procedure was very manageable, not painful. I really appreciate Dr Morrisroe, she works hard to take care of her patients.

Very conscientious. However, It would have been good for Dr to ask if I had questions re posters/ literature in office. I would like to know about catheter program. I have used the same catheter for over 20 years.. There might be a healthier process by now..

Visit went well in Dr Morisoes office ! I was dissapointed and would give it a 5 in the ultra sound room across the hall.

Went in for BCG treatment with Kaitlyn.

She is the best doctor.She really listened to me.She is very helpful.

Dr Morrisroe has provided me with excellent care over the years, but now has a nurse practitioner (Taylor) seeing me for the consultation. Taylor also provides good review of the screenings and diagnosis.

Professional but abrupt

Convenient to have Ultrasound in same building, and her medical assistant & her PA Taylor Brickner-French are excellent & translate in plain language everything that Dr. Morrisroe orders. There may be a disconnect with office management staff, where medical staff may say one thing and office staff indicate that it’s not doable. Also, some problems with prior authorizations for outside ultrasounds & accidentally cancelling ultrasound appts or not informing patients that need to call their PCP 2 Torrance Memorial to set an ultrasound instead. Other than this, very knowledgeable, clear & reassuring team.

Info specific. Expected assessment of her observations in addition to prescribing RX.

Luckily, there are nurse practitioners in the office that are excellent. Dr. Morrisroe is on the top of the list for a fine doctor but you can’t get into see her takes about three months she’s supervises everything and I will continue as a patient.

I have no problem with Shelby. She is great.

I did not see Dr. Morrisroe - I saw a retired urologist who gave me an exam. And he was 50 minutes late.

Dr. Morrisroe's Physician's Assistant, Taylor-Brickner French, is very thorough, knowledgeable, and answers all of my questions. She also offers great medical advice pertinent to my personal!

I like Dr. Morrisroe very much. Her staff is also friendly and welcoming. However, I agreed to change my appointment to the afternoon because she was overbooked in the morning. Then I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to see her. The over scheduling of patients has been a reoccurring each time I have visited the office.

My first visit to her office. I really like her. She was personable, informative and easy to talk with. She explained in easy terms and answered all my questions.

I see Dr. Taylor, Buckner,-French, and I am quite happy with the care I am receiving with her. She responds promptly, listens, asks questions, and generally we are both in agreement that I do have a problem that day.

She’s very nice. She’s has good bedside manner which is very rare these days. She asked me if I want an appointment at six months instead of a year I said yes, but I understand it won’t be with her. So I only want to see her and nobody else.
