I like Dr. White. He’s very considerate he listens to you. He explains what is going to be done and does everything that he can to help you I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

Dr. White is the only one I trust with my urinary system health. He’s easy to talk to, straightforward, takes time to listen and answer questions, speaks with you - not at you. He doesn’t dictate how treatment goes, he wants to know your opinion. He wants you to be his partner through it. I would rate him higher if more stars were an option.

Friendly, caring, on time.
Shawn was my father’s urologist through his prostate cancer treatment and he told me that Dr. White was a good person. Now that I’m “that age”, I am very glad to have chosen Dr. White.

Dr. Shawn White completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. He received his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his general surgery and urology residency training at The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
Dr. White enjoys practicing General Urology and welcomes patients with a wide variety of urologic conditions. He is fully trained in minimally invasive surgical techniques including Da Vinci robotic and laparoscopic surgery, endoscopic treatment of stones and other disorders of the upper urinary tract, and laser therapy for prostatic enlargement.
Dr. White was born and raised in nearby Lancaster County and joined the Center for Urologic Care in July 2011.
Dr. White is certified by the American Board of Urology, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Urological Association, Pennsylvania Medical Society, Berks County Medical Society and various other professional organizations.
