Dr. Shawn White completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. He received his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his general surgery and urology residency training at The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

He is fully trained in minimally invasive surgical techniques including Da Vinci robotic and laparoscopic surgery, endoscopic treatment of stones and other disorders of the upper urinary tract, and laser therapy for prostatic enlargement.
Dr. White was born and raised in nearby Lancaster County and joined the Center for Urologic Care in July 2011.
Dr. White is certified by the American Board of Urology, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Urological Association, Pennsylvania Medical Society, Berks County Medical Society and various other professional organizations.
