Awesome bedside matter, gives you options on how to help you. He fixed my foot 6/7 years ago. Had to go back to have him fix my pinky toe again! Always helpful to make you feel comfortable!!

It pays to be careful how and what you say when others like me hears it. YOUR service with me before you got a chance to exam my foot was horrible. His professionalism was piss poor and to tell me I should have gone to the East Side. No common courtesy.as to a phone call to let you know that they are running at least 2 hours behind to be seen. although they call you to come in early - FOR WHAT!!!!! " I don't want your left over, spoiled service when you are tired and ready to go home". I fell that my evaluation based on his "professional" manner would greatly impact the health and well-being of my quality of life.

Dr. Morrow needs to LISTEN to his patients, to understand what a patient does for a living, then determine a correct path to patient health. I do NOT believe that he understands that and my profession. Now I have a career(if I still have one), wage earning, handicap that will be discriminating to any employer. Thanks Dr. Morrow, you didn't say anything but "I can fix this". "I can fix this" is costing me EVERYTHING.

I didn’t feel like he took me seriously about the condition of my foot.

Only issue -we waited over 1hour to be called back by a tech. Time is very important to people -1 hour actually to see a nurse is way too long. Let alone how long we waited to see the Dr. By the way, Dr Morrow gets a10.

Dr. Morrow was excellent.

My appt was at 1:45 on a Monday. I was called back about 3:00-3:15 for X-ray. We left office at 4 pm. I liked that he was personable. He gave me two options. But didn’t show me X-rays! I won’t accept a Monday appointment again and I don’t usually wait that long to see any doctor. I reschedule .

Shawn is a special orthopaedic doctor. He takes his time with each patient and makes sure all the needs are being met. He is genuine when he says he cares and when under his care. I can't see myself going to any other orthopaedic doctor.
