Never got to see him face to face. His assistant conducted thorough exam and provided a diagnosis after presumably going into another room to confer with with doctor Hollawell.
Understandably the doctor is busy but it would have been nice if doctor Hollawell at least popped in and said hello.
My above rating may have been different if I actually spoke with Dr. Hollawell.
