Teamwork is very well done. Mine was an annual review ( I’ve had several) and as followup to surgery on both eyes it’s not an assessment in a stream of visits that led to the surgery. It is a check that all is well with the after effects of the surgery….with this very obvious task of the medical staff and Dr. Rose to leave no aspect of checking my eye health not done….AKA visits to X room for Y test then another..etc. then the wrap up session with Dr Rose. Which is short…and efficient…BUT at the end of the 90 minutes one knows no stone was left unturned …all was investigated, evaluated, documented and anything that merits evaluated as to if it is becoming a trend flagged for next year. And, one as a patient educated enough to do some self assessment of something occurring mid year that merits investigation.

She came to St. Louis to do her residency in Ophthalmology at Saint Louis University and completed a cornea fellowship at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Dr. Rose is a board-certified ophthalmologist and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and Women in Ophthalmology.
She specializes in advanced cataract surgery and diseases of the cornea. Her husband is a St. Louis native and they have two young children. We are thrilled to have her as part of the Envision Eye Specialists team.
