I give this rating instead of a 5 because the doctor may be great at his job but his interaction with me was fast and when I asked about my results he was abrupt. I asked about pollups but said there was none. But they had taken some samples of my intestines for eval. I was given an appt for the to discuss the results. So, I am supposed to wait 14 days to get results? Unacceptable. For the patient worried about cancer. Thank you.

He came in before my procedure to assure me everything will be fine. And he stopped by after and said everything looked good! It was nice of him to take the time to talk to me. Everyone there was very nice!

Dr. Qureshi has a very varied background and has lived in multiple countries and experienced different Cultures including Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan as well as Dubai, as his father was a Diplomat in the Foreign Service.
He has worked in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan as well as Alabama and Arizona. He completed his Interventional Advanced Gastroenterology Fellowship from the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City. Dr. Qureshi has special expertise and training in the treatment of Liver, Pancreas, and Bile Duct Disorders.
He is also an Associate Program Director for The Gastroenterology Fellowship at the Midwestern University/Mountain Vista Medical Center, where he trains the Gastroenterology Fellows to become competent Gastroenterologists. He is also a consultant to The Arizona Medical Board for Peer Review of Cases.
Dr. Qureshi has been in clinical practice since 2002. His philosophy is to simply treat every patient as a family member and be accountable to them at all times!
