Dr. Mehta cares for all pain conditions of the body, and his special interests include regenerative medicine techniques, degenerative spine conditions, and ultrasound-guided peripheral joint/tendon procedures. His focus is primarily on non-surgical approaches to improve patient function and mobility.
Dr. Mehta’s formal training in sports medicine and interventional pain management gives him a unique perspective. He seeks to understand the biomechanical disorders and physical changes that have led to acute and chronic pain patterns. Ultimately, Dr. Mehta’s approach to patient care relies on how he can improve patient quality of life through goal-oriented treatment plans and multidisciplinary care.
He is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Over the years, he has been selected to present medical case reports and research at national and state-level conferences. He is also a member of the Spine Intervention Society.
