I'm on blood pressure monitoring and it doesn't appear anyone monitors this. My blood pressure was tracking low, so I stopped taking 1 of the 4 pills prescribed. I also had to show the dr my blood pressure readings from my phone. Does he not see this in my chart? Only explaination I got from dr was that what we are doing is working! Doesn't seem like he read notes in my chart regarding some test results.
